Payment:

• The contract shall be secured by an Irrevocable / Non – Transferable, Unencumbered Stand-By Letter of Credit (SBLC) or by a BG (Banking Guarantee issued by MT **0) at value of one (1) month shipment (+/- 5%). The finance instrument shall be valid for *4 months and fifteen (*5) days and shall be returned at maturity day or cashed by the last month shipment.

• Payments for each shipment shall be by Irrevocable, Transferable / Non – Transferable ARDLC UCP**0, shipment to shipment, within *3 days Bill of Lading (BL).

Confirming Banking:Mandatory if buyer’s bank is not AA rated (Top *0).
